Cecilia’s Taqueria will focus on gourmet tacos and other regional Mexican fare. Among owner Cecilia Cortazar Peterson’s menu offerings will be a variety of tacos prepared with handmade corn tortillas, wild caught fish, grass-fed beef, free-range chicken and locally sourced ingredients. Some specialties: Chile relleno taco and wild mushroom quesadilla.
